Louis Leterrier directs, and after his steady hand at the helm of The Incredible Hulk in 2008, this may be one reimagining that fans of the original will enjoy.

Chris Columbus, who dabbled with the Potter on two occasions, kicks off the Percy train with this tale of young Jackson, who discovers he's descended from a Greek god. As you do. Based on the novel by Rick Riordan, and be sure there will be more PJ movies if this one does the business.
